Especially designed for the maximum performance of a ZF remanufactured transmission, the LifeguardFluid ensures perfect transmission functionality by minimizing wear of components that are subject to high stress and loading:

LifeguardFluid 5
is a semi synthetic transmission fluid specially formulated for use in ZF five speed transmission units, although it is also required for the ZF4HP20 transmission. All ZF units requiring LifeGuardFluid 5 can be identified by the colour of the ID tag, which is green, except on the 4HP20 which is black. Please note that this fluid is not suitable for ZF six speed units which require LifeguardFluid6 or LifeguardFluid6 Plus.
